About Kbasevo
Kbasevo sizes a knowledge base before it is written and keeps the record of whether it is still true afterwards. The free planner turns a structure into the articles it implies, the hours and cost of writing them once, and the reviews and cost of keeping them current. The paid plan holds the article library: every article with its category, its owner and the date somebody last confirmed it, and it reminds the owner when a review is due.
Why this site exists
Every product in this category competes on editing and search, which are the parts that were never hard. What kills a knowledge base is that nobody is asked whether a page is still true, and no amount of formatting fixes that. The counting is arithmetic, so it is free. The record of who confirmed what and when is the part worth paying for, and $29 a month is a price a team lead can approve without a business case.

What it does not do
- It does not write your articles, and there is no generator here. A page nobody was willing to write is a page nobody will maintain.
- It does not host your help centre or serve your customers. This is the plan and the record behind whatever you publish.
- It publishes no ranking of knowledge base vendors and takes no money from any of them.
- It never sees what you type into the planner: the arithmetic runs in your browser.
