Companies of 20 to 300 people whose knowledge is in Slack threads, one shared drive and one person's head

Not enterprises running a platform tender, and not technical writers: this does not publish API reference or host a help center

Size the base before anybody writes a word

That is not a search problem, it is an ownership problem: nobody was ever asked whether that page was still true. Kbasevo is a free planner that sizes the base before you write it: the sample company here owes 72 articles, 108 hours to write them once and 144 reviews a year to keep them true.

Pro is the library that holds the answer.

Plan it, own it, then prove it is still true

  1. What a structure actually costs

Eight categories with nine articles each is 72 articles, 108 hours to write once and $6,264 of somebody's time. The planner prints those before you commit to the structure, which is the only moment changing it is cheap.

  2. Every article belongs to a person

72 articles across five owners is 14.4 each, and on a six-month cycle that is 2.4 reviews a month per person. That is a reasonable ask. The same base with one owner is not, and the planner shows you which you have built.

  3. The date somebody last said it was true

A knowledge base does not fail by being empty, it fails by being stale, and staleness is invisible: a wrong page looks exactly like a right one. The only cure is a date on every article and a reminder when it ages out.

Kbasevo Pro

Kbasevo Pro is the difference between a base that launched and one that is still true

The planner tells you what the base will cost. Pro is for the month after launch, when the writing is done and the only question left is which of these 72 pages nobody has looked at since.

  • Download the plan as a file you can edit, circulate and keep.
  • Your plan without our name on the footer of every page.
  • Keep this plan, with its version number and the date it was made.
  • Your company's name and logo on the plan instead of ours.
  • Send the review reminder to the article's owner when it comes due, from inside the workspace.

Free for 14 days. No card needed.
